Withdraw from a purchase

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For credit packs you asked us to deliver at once, the right ends when the credits are delivered; a first subscription month can be refunded pro rata for what was not used. Full details in the Terms, section 4.
